He married twice. He married Garnette Golden Mays on June 6, 1907 in Muncie, Delaware County, IN.⁽¹⁰⁵⁾ (Garnette Golden Mays is #354.) Garnette was born on May 13, 1887 in Lavalette, Wayne County, WV. Garnette was the daughter of John J. Mays and Emma Ray. Garnette died on April 12, 1961 in San Bernadino County, CA, at age 73.⁽¹⁰⁶⁾ She resided 324 E. Adams, in Muncie, Delaware County, IN on June 6, 1907.⁽¹⁰⁷⁾ Garnette was divorced from Dellard Carl Skinner est 1930. He married Maxine F. Surname unk w of Dellard Carl Skinner est 1931. (Maxine F. Surname unk w of Dellard Carl Skinner is #791.) Maxine was born est 1905.

Dellard worked as a Machinist in Muncie, Delaware County, IN on June 6, 1907.⁽¹⁰⁸⁾ Dellard was divorced from Garnette Golden Mays est 1930.
