Jennie2 Parr (William1, PeterA) (#580) was born in Streator, LaSalle County, IL on November 6, 1887.(128) Jennie died on November 13, 1917 in Moline, Rock Island County, IL, at age 30.(129) Death followed peurperal eclampsia (complication of child birth) with the first spasm occuring 30 hours after delivery. The secondary cause of death was nephritis. Her body was interred at Bowlesburg Cemetery on November 15, 1917.(130)
She married Norman Stoehr Sr on June 19, 1912 in Streator, LaSalle County, IL. (Norman Stoehr Sr is #1124.) Norman was born on August 12, 1887 in Carbon Cliff, Rock Island County, IL.(131) Norman was the son of Edward Stoehr and Julia Hamlet. Norman died on December 28, 1955 in Moline, Rock Island County, IL, at age 68.(132) Died from injuries suffered received from a fall from a ladder.
His body was interred Moline Memorial Park on December 31, 1955 in South Moline Township, Rock Island County, IL. Norman was listed as the head of a family on the 1920 Census in Moline, Rock Island County, IL.(133) Norman's wife is listed with a first name of Nellie. Norman's wife at the time of his death was named Bessie. More research must be completed, before we are convinced that Nellie and Bessie are the same woman.
He resided Rt No. 80, Sycamore Road, in Hampton Township, Rock Island County, IL on December 28, 1955. Norman was employed at as a Building Contractor in Hampton Township, Rock Island County, IL on December 28, 1955.(134)
She was a student at a local school in Streator, LaSalle County, IL on January 1, 1900. She attended school for nine (9) months during the last year. She is able to read, write and speak English.(135)
Jennie was employed at Hoban-Ames Manufacturing Co. as a machine operator in Streator, LaSalle County, IL in 1909.(136) Jennie was employed at Hoban Manufacturing Company as a a worker in Streator, LaSalle County, IL from 1911 to 1912.(137)

hours after the delivery. Leland died on March 7, 1921 in Moline, Rock Island County, IL, at age 3.(139) Death occurred at 6:30 AM His body was interred Bowlesburg

Leland was listed as a grandson in Julia Hamlet's household on the 1920 Census in Moline, Rock Island County, IL.(141) Edward L. Stoehr, the grandson of the household head, has almost precisely the same birthdate as Leland Stoehr, the son of Norman Stoehr. Norman is the son of Edward and Julia Stoehr, the apparant grandmother. An assumption is made the Edward L. is really Leland and is living with his widowed grandmother, rather than his recently remarried father.
