24. Clara Ethel³ Parr (John², William¹, Peter^A) (#18) was born in Terre Haute, Vigo County, IN on May 12, 1914.⁽²³⁷⁾ Clara died on April 15, 1986 in Annadale, Fairfax County, VA, at age 71. Her body was interred in the Beech Grove Cemetery Section B, Lot 77 on April 19, 1986 in Muncie, Delaware County, IN.⁽²³⁸⁾ The gravestone reads: "Ethel Parr Breedlove, May 12, 1914, Apr. 15, 1986."

She married Charles Edward Breedlove on April 25, 1936 in Muncie, Delaware County, IN.⁽²³⁹⁾ (Charles Edward Breedlove is #106.) Charles was born on April 19, 1912 in Forest, Clinton County, IN.⁽²⁴⁰⁾ Charles was the son of Charles Breedlove and Blanche Kirkum. Charles died on October 21, 1992 in Kokomo, Howard County, IN, at age 80.⁽²⁴¹⁾ He died at 09:40

His body was interred at Crown Point Cemetery in late October 1992 in Kokomo, Howard County, IN. Fenn Funeral Home handled the arrangements, however no calling was scheduled.

Charles was listed as a son in Charles Breedlove's household on the 1920 Census in Howard County, IN.⁽²⁴²⁾ Charles was divorced from Clara Ethel Parr est 1946.

She graduated from Muncie Central High School in Muncie, Delaware County, IN in June 1933.⁽²⁴³⁾ She was a student at Beauty School in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN in 1935.⁽²⁴⁴⁾ Clara was divorced from Charles Edward Breedlove est 1946. At Charm Beauty Salon in Muncie, Delaware County, IN she employed an unknown person. Her funeral was held on April 19, 1986 in Muncie, Delaware County, IN.⁽²⁴⁵⁾

Clara Ethel Parr and Charles Edward Breedlove had the following child:
