She married Homer Elliott on August 10, 1913 in Carrollton, Carroll County, MO.⁽²²⁹⁾ (Homer Elliott is #3756.) Homer was born on December 4, 1891 in MO.⁽²³⁰⁾ Homer was the son of James O. Elliott. Homer died on November 3, 1978 in Waverly, Lafayette Co, MO, at age 86.⁽²³¹⁾ His body was interred the Oak Hill Cemetery Addition 4, Block 11, Lot 5 on November 5, 1978 in Carrollton, Carroll County, MO.⁽²³²⁾ The gravestone reads: "Father, Homer Dec 4, 1891 Nov 3, 1978"

His chest was crushed by the weight of the steeing wheel. He died several hours after the accident in the Southside Hospital. His body was interred in the Oak Hill Cemetery on October 30, 1932 in Carrollton, Carroll County, MO.⁽²⁴³⁾
