She married Amos Henry Burkholder October 27, 1915. Amos was born July 30, 1893. Amos died June 1974 at age 80. When Amos was age 23 and Josephine Esther Weaver was age 20 they became the parents of Margaret Esther Burkholder August 12, 1916. When Amos was age 26 and Josephine Esther Weaver was age 24 they became the parents of Lydia May Burkholder May 14, 1920. When Amos was age 34 and Josephine Esther Weaver was age 31 they became the parents of Noland Burkholder October 23, 1927.

When Josephine was age 20 and Amos Henry Burkholder was age 23 they became the parents of Margaret Esther Burkholder August 12, 1916. When Josephine was age 24 and Amos Henry Burkholder was age 26 they became the parents of Lydia May Burkholder May 14, 1920. When Josephine was age 31 and Amos Henry Burkholder was age 34 they became the parents of Noland Burkholder October 23, 1927.

Josephine Esther Weaver and Amos Henry Burkholder had the following children:
