He married Hannah Snyder on April 3, 1831.⁽³⁸⁴⁾ Emanuel and Hannah were first cousins.

Hannah was born on November 8, 1811.⁽³⁸⁵⁾ Hannah died on December 4, 1893 at age 82. When Hannah was age 20 and Emanuel Acker was age 27 they became the parents of Henry Aucker on April 14, 1832.⁽³⁸⁶⁾ When Hannah was age 21 and Emanuel Acker was age 28 they became the parents of Catherine Aucker on April 16, 1833.⁽³⁸⁷⁾ When Hannah was age 23 and Emanuel Acker was age 29 they became the parents of Peter Snyder Aucker on December 18, 1834.⁽³⁸⁸⁾ When Hannah was age unknown and Emanuel Acker was age unknown they became the parents of Adam Aucker est 1835. When Hannah was age 24 and Emanuel Acker was age 30 they became the parents of Barbara Aucker on March 22, 1836.⁽³⁸⁹⁾ When Hannah was age unknown and Emanuel Acker was age unknown they became the parents of Abbie Aucker est 1837.
