82. Isaac⁶ Acker (Peter⁵, Peter⁴, Peter³, Casper², Jacob?¹) was born on September 4, 1832.⁽¹⁰⁸⁹⁾ Isaac died on July 25, 1908 in Rockingham County, VA, at age 75.⁽¹⁰⁹⁰⁾ His body was interred in the Linville Creek Cemetery after July 25, 1908 in Edom, Rockingham Co, VA.⁽¹⁰⁹¹⁾

He married Sallie V. Shirkey on November 17, 1868.⁽¹⁰⁹²⁾ Sallie was born on March 27, 1838.⁽¹⁰⁹³⁾ Sallie died on November 23, 1926 in Rockingham County, VA, at age 88.⁽¹⁰⁹⁴⁾ Her body was interred in the Linville Creek Cemetery after November 23, 1926 in Edom, Rockingham Co, VA.⁽¹⁰⁹⁵⁾ When Sallie was age 31 and Isaac Acker was age 37 they became the parents of David Acker on October 11, 1869.⁽¹⁰⁹⁶⁾ Swank lists her name as Mrs. Sallie V.? Shirkey Shank?. It is not clear what her maiden name is.

When Isaac was age 37 and Sallie V. Shirkey was age 31 they became the parents of David Acker on October 11, 1869.⁽¹⁰⁹⁷⁾ Isaac traveled to in 1883.⁽¹⁰⁹⁸⁾ Isaac kept a diary in which he mentioned a visit to the Morris family of his sister Louise.

Isaac traveled to on April 23, 1905.⁽¹⁰⁹⁹⁾ In his diary entry, Isaac, mentions Archie Cunningham had two sons and two daughtes. It is not clear that this is the locality the Cunninghams were living.

Isaac Acker and Sallie V. Shirkey had the following child:
